Here's a way to while away the hours (and confirm some hunches, be surprised by others): enter your ZIP code or part of a neighbor's name, and see how the political donations in your (or your dad's) area are being directed.

Lotsa humanist types seem to be contributing to Obama, and a lot of people in Ladue and people that own companies are contributing to Romney, and a few to both Romney and Giuliani. No one but rich, retired people are sending money to Tancredo (racistoldmoneysayswhat?).
The site also both poses and answers the question, "Who actually gives money to Chris Dodd or Tommy Thompson?"
